Scope of Work
This tender is for the supply, installation, and commissioning of a next-generation email security solution, including archiving and a cybersecurity user awareness training platform for the City of uMhlathuze, for a period of 36 months.
Bidders must be an accredited/certified service provider of the proposed Email Security, Archiving and Awareness Solution, producing an OEM certificate. The proposed solution must be hosted within the borders of South Africa, with municipal data not transferred to another country. Bidders must also provide SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001, ISO 27701 and ISO 22301 certificates. Attendance at the compulsory briefing session is mandatory, and entities must record their bidding entity at the attendance register.
