Scope of Work
The City of Tshwane requires the appointment of a professional service provider for an airborne survey. This survey aims to acquire accurate digital aerial imagery, lidar data (including Digital Terrain Model, Digital Surface Model, Digital Elevation Model, and contours data), georeferenced ortho-images, and survey control points (ground and airborne) for a period of three years, on an as-and-when-required basis.
Bidders must register on the SAP Ariba Business Network to download bid documents and submit online. A supplementary hard copy, which must be an exact copy of the electronic submission, is also required to be deposited in the physical tender box at Tshwane House, 320 Madiba Street, Pretoria, before the stipulated closing time and date. Tenders will be evaluated and concluded on the online platform, with the hard copy serving as a backup.
