Appointment of Service Provider for Repairs, Upgrade and Maintenance of Private Road at Atns Victoria West Vor Site

The scope of this bid is for the appointment of a service provider to render repairs, upgrade, and maintenance services for the private road at the ATNS Victoria West VOR site. This includes upgrading the existing 2KM gravel road to a concrete road service, 2.5 meters wide, at the ATNS Victoria West remote site, including two (2) passing bays of 750 meters to allow vehicles to safely pass one another.
Eligible bidders must be CIDB registered for Infrastructure construction with a minimum grading of 3CE or higher, and must attend the compulsory physical briefing session. Bidders are required to have a local footprint in Bloemfontein, proven by a municipal account, lease agreement, or MoU with a local partner. Furthermore, bidders must submit a detailed construction program, valid COIDA compliance, proof of equipment capacity, a minimum of five (5) reference letters for relevant experience in road repairs and maintenance services completed within the past 5 years, and comply with human resource qualification requirements for Site Agent, Supervisor, and Safety Officer. Bidders must also be registered on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD) and provide a valid SARS Tax Compliance Status (TCS) PIN.
