Scope of Work
The South African Health Products Regulatory Authority (SAHPRA) is inviting suitable bidders to submit proposals for efficient services in printing corporate material, design and layout, editing, and proofreading for a period of 36 months. The service provider needs to cover printing, design and layout, sourcing of images, editing, proofreading, photography, and production of branding material.
To be eligible, bidders must comply with minimum requirements including submitting a signed Special Conditions of Bid and Contract, proof of tax compliance (PIN/TCS certificate), a completed and signed Declaration of Interest (SBD 4), a Preference Points Claim Form (SBD 6.1), a completed and signed Invitation to Bid (SBD 1), and proof of CSD registration. The bidder must achieve a minimum technical threshold score of 75 points to proceed to the pricing evaluation stage.
