Scope of Work
This project involves the inspection, servicing, and refurbishment of 11 cooling towers located at Moses Mabhida Stadium. The cooling towers are Baltimore Aircoil Company forced draft / centrifugal type, model VTL-E 185-M. The objective is to restore optimal performance, improve reliability, extend equipment lifespan, and ensure compliance with operational and safety standards.
To be eligible, tenderers must be registered as "Active" with the CIDB with a 5 ME or higher grading, and on the National Treasury CSD and eThekwini Municipality Supplier Portal. Attendance at the compulsory clarification meeting is required, with a signed attendance certificate to be submitted. Additionally, tenderers must be an accredited service provider for cooling towers, providing proof of OEM support.
