Scope of Work
This contract covers the supply and delivery of Anionic Bitumen Road Emulsion (Spray Grade 60%) in bulk (into tankers) and in 200 Litre drums to various zones within the eThekwini Municipality. The services are required for a period of thirty-six (36) months from the date of award.
Bidders must be registered on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD) and the eThekwini Municipality's database. Technical compliance requires products to meet SANS 4001 BT3:2014 Edition standards, evidenced by a valid SABS permit or a valid agreement with the manufacturer/accredited distributors/agents, and submission of Material Safety Data Sheets.
