Scope of Work
Eskom Holdings SOC Ltd invites tenders for the supply and delivery of various circuit breakers for the Cape Coastal Cluster (Eastern Cape), within the Distribution Division. The contract will be for a period of three (3) years on an "as and when" required basis.
Tenderers must meet eligibility criteria, including not being on international sanctions lists, not submitting more than one tender (unless through the E-Tendering system's size limit), and having no conflicts of interest. Mandatory documents must be submitted by the closing date, failing which the tender may be deemed non-responsive or disqualified. Tenderers are ineligible if restricted by National Treasury or on the Tender Defaulters list.
