Term Contract: Supply and Delivery of Training Materials for Practical Training of Aptcod and National Youth Service(nys) Learners for a Period of Twelve (12) Months

The Eastern Cape Department of Public Works and Infrastructure requires a comprehensive supply and delivery service for practical training materials, tools, equipment, and consumables. These materials are for artisan development and occupational skills training programmes, including construction-related trades such as bricklaying, plumbing, electrical installation, carpentry, welding, painting, plastering, and tiling, to be delivered to designated training centres and project sites across the Eastern Cape Province.
Bidders must submit bids on original forms, ensuring all required SBD forms (SBD1, SBD3.1, SBD4, SBD6.1) and Annexures (A, B) are duly completed and signed. Key eligibility includes having a bank rating of C or higher (from a registered financial institution, not older than three months) and demonstrating successful completion of at least three similar projects within the last five years, supported by client reference letters or completion certificates detailing project specifics.
