Comprehensive Hygiene and Cleaning Services for Robben Island Museum for 36 Months

Robben Island Museum (RIM) seeks an experienced Service Provider to render comprehensive hygiene and cleaning services for its various sites including Quay 501, Jetty 1, Clock Tower Building, Nelson Mandela Gateway (NMG), and Robben Island (RI) for a period of thirty-six (36) months. This includes general cleaning, deep cleaning, hygiene services, laundry, high window cleaning, and hospitality services, ensuring all sites are maintained to high quality and hygiene standards.
Bidders must be registered with a Cleaning Body Association (e.g., CASA, NCAA, BEECA), submit a valid Letter of Good Standing for COIDA, and provide proof of Public Liability Insurance of R20,000,000.00. Furthermore, bidders must submit audited financial statements for the past three years, a company profile demonstrating a minimum of four years' experience in commercial cleaning, and at least three written reference letters for similar services. A minimum of 85 points in the technical evaluation is required to proceed.
