Scope of Work
The Eastern Cape Department of Public Works and Infrastructure invites contractors for the construction of a new kitchen, laundry, mortuary, walkways, and civil works for All Saints Hospital, Chris Hani District. This 18-month contract will be based on the JBCC Edition 6.2 of 2018, with approximately 30% of subcontracting allocated to SMMEs (25% local, 5% ICDP).
Only tenderers with suitable experience and qualified personnel in similar services are eligible. Bidders must be registered on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD) and submit proof of registration, and possess a CIDB grading of 8GB or higher.
