Scope of Work
The Independent Development Trust (IDT) seeks to appoint a service provider to provide Electrical Services (operation and maintenance), including regular and systematic preventative maintenance for IDT offices, as and when needed for a period of 3 years. This encompasses general maintenance, repair, modification, and installations of electrical components in the IDT National Office, covering an area of 6000 m² across 2 floors, 1 basement, 144 air-cons, and 94 offices.
Bidders must provide a valid CIDB grading certificate of 1EB or higher. Key personnel, including the Project Manager, must be ECSA accredited. The bid requires submission of specific returnable documents, including a valid SARS Tax Compliance Pin, SBD 4 and SBD 6.1 forms, CSD number, and proof of experience and capacity as per the functionality criteria. Non-submission of source documents for specific goals will result in zero points for those goals.
