Scope of Work
The Eastern Cape Department of Public Works & Infrastructure invites contractors for refurbishments to Themba Kojana Waterproofing under a 6-month contract, based on the JBCC Principal Building Agreement 2000 edition 6.2 of 2018. The scope includes removing existing waterproofing, screeds, installing new waterproofing to slabs and box gutters, repairing roof covering & accessories, downpipes, and tiles in the front foyer for various wings of the Themba Kojana Building.
Prospective bidders must possess a CIDB Grading of 4GB or higher in the GB class of works. All tenderers must be registered on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD), and proof of registration must be submitted with the proposal.
