Scope of Work
The Independent Development Trust (IDT) invites bids for participation in its Contractor Development Programme (CDP) for the Cape Town Metro in the Western Cape Region. This programme aims to improve the grading status, increase participation of historically vulnerable groups, create sustainable contracting enterprises, and enhance the performance and skills of contractors over a three-year period.
Bidders must be valid and actively registered with CIDB for Grade 2GB PE, 3GB PE, 4 GB PE, or 5GB. Eligibility also requires registration with CIPC and CSD, possession of a valid Tax Compliance letter or PIN, and a valid COIDA certificate. Joint Ventures/Consortia are not permitted to bid for this programme.
