Appointment of a Service Provider for the Provision of Cloud Services Including Disaster Recovery for a Period of 36 Months

Appointment of a qualified service provider to provide, host, migrate, support, maintain, and manage a fully managed Stack Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS) cloud platform, including Disaster Recovery as a Service (DRaaS) for a period of 36 Months. The proposed solution will provide a secure, resilient, highly available, and scalable cloud environment for hosting the organization's virtual server infrastructure while ensuring continuous business operations through integrated disaster recovery capabilities. The appointed service provider will be responsible for migrating all existing virtual servers and associated workloads from the current hosting environment to the new Stack platform with minimal disruption to business operations. Bidders must have a minimum of five years' experience in providing Cloud services in South Africa, provide three contactable references for similar work, and propose at least two staff members with international industry cloud qualifications and a minimum of five years related work experience.
