Scope of Work
Lesedi Local Municipality (LLM) intends acquiring the services of a suitably qualified service provider for the provision of employee wellness and medical surveillance services for a period of three (3) years. The service provider should be able to provide services to areas within the LLM borders and the service will be available for all immediate family members of the employees.
Bidders must score a minimum of 70 points for functionality out of 100 points to be considered for further evaluation. Tenders will then be evaluated on an 80/20 preference point system, with 80 points allocated for price and 20 points for specific goals.
