Leasing of Office Accommodation for SASSA North-west Region for a Period of Five (5) Years in Madibeng CBD

SASSA invites suitably qualified and experienced Property Developers/Investors or Facilities/Property Management service provider(s) to submit bids for the leasing of a single-storey, well-maintained, secured, and safe office accommodation in Madibeng CBD for five years. Bidders are responsible for tenant installation in accordance with the attached Madibeng local office needs assessment and SASSA Corporate Identity Guidelines, including provisions for paraplegic access, adequate security, and alternative power and water supply.
Bidders must ensure the proposed building complies with various prescripts such as the Occupational Safety Act, Government Immovable Asset Management Act, and National Building Regulations. Key submission requirements include valid floor plan drawings, proof of bank good standing, signed bid and pricing schedules, confirmation of occupation availability by March 2027, a valid title deed/offer to purchase, zoning certificate for office/commercial use, CSD registration, tax compliance, and a B-BBEE status level verification certificate.
