Scope of Work
The Development Bank of Southern Africa Limited (DBSA) invites tenders for the appointment of a contractor for the demolition, removal of structural concrete and concrete paving blocks.
Eligible tenderers must be registered with the CIDB with a grading designation of 7 CE or 7 SE or higher. Bidders must have successfully completed a minimum of two Demolition of Structural Concrete Projects, each with a value greater than R10 million, within the last ten years, providing proof of a signed Letter of Appointment/Award and a Completion Certificate/Letter for each project. Tenderers are also required to be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) and be tax compliant.
