Supply, Installation and Commissioning of an STS Online Hosted Vending System and Smart Metering Ready Platform for Endumeni Local Municipality

The Endumeni Local Municipality requires the supply, installation, and commissioning of an STS compliant online hosted vending system, a third-party vending system, and a smart metering ready platform for a period of three (3) years. The solution should provide a comprehensive prepaid vending solution in a hosted environment and be capable of integrating with the municipality's financial management system (Munsoft, mSCOA) and a Geographical Information System.
Bidders must submit all required returnable documents including CIPC registration, valid Tax Compliance Status with PIN, fully completed MBD forms (MBD 1, 3.1, 4, 6.1, 8, 9), Company/Director's Statement of Municipal Rates or Lease Agreement or Proof of Residence corresponding with CSD, CSD report (MAAA number), company profile, and an execution plan. Bids must be submitted on the official documentation provided by Endumeni Municipality, completed in handwriting in black ink, and prices must be in South African currency.
