Scope of Work
CSOS requires an experienced service provider to deliver an Employee Wellness and Health Programme (EWHP) to all staff, across head office and all regional offices, for a period of three (3) years. The service provider will review, support, and help implement the CSOS's employee wellness function over three (3) years, covering programme review and policy support, on-site clinic services, HIV/AIDS and communicable disease programmes, life skills and stress management, programme coordination, wellness days, core EWHP activities, and personal concerns.
Bidders must submit a valid certificate of membership with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA) for the Director or project lead, valid at the bid closing date. They must also be registered on the National Treasury's Central Supplier Database (CSD) and be tax compliant. All bids must be submitted on official forms, fully completed and signed, and accompanied by a B-BBEE certificate/sworn affidavit and relevant SBD forms.
