Electrical Labour Tender and Ad Hoc Provision of a Private Armed Security Service for the Safeguarding of Infrastructure

Eligibility for the electrical labour component requires a valid Letter of Good Standing, a comprehensive list of owned or accessible vehicles, tools, and equipment, and a minimum of three successful project references. For the armed security services, bidders must be registered with PSIRA, provide proof of company firearm registration certificates, meet specific personnel requirements (e.g., Grade A security officers, Site Operations Manager with 3 years' experience), and ensure all security officers possess valid firearm competency certificates.
