Scope of Work
The purpose of this Request for Bid is an invitation to potential suppliers to submit bids for the renewal of existing Fortinet NextGeneration Firewall (NGFW) and FortiIdentity cloud licences, subscriptions, OEM support and maintenance for the Companies and Intellectual Property Commission (CIPC). Bids must be submitted on official forms (not to be re-typed).
Bidders are required to register on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) and submit a valid Tax Clearance PIN. Failure to complete and attach the required SBD forms will disqualify a bid. Bid proposals must be hand-delivered to the CIPC offices at the DTIC Main Gate in the designated 'CIPC Bid Box'.
