Scope of Work
This Request for Proposal (RFP) is for the appointment of six (6) service providers to undertake cleaning of rail reserve in the Gauteng region. Services will be required on an "as and when" basis for a period of thirty-six (36) months.
Bidders must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) and comply with all tax obligations, providing a valid SARS PIN or printed Tax Compliance Status (TCS). Attendance at the compulsory pre-tender briefing session is mandatory for eligibility. For consortia, joint ventures, or sub-contractors, each party must submit separate proof of TCS/PIN/CSD number.
