Scope of Work
The City of Joburg Property Company SOC Ltd (JPC) hereby invites interested suitable qualified/experienced Bidders to submit proposals for consideration to be included in the JPC's Panel of Contractors. This panel will be utilised on an as and when required basis for general repairs, maintenance, and minor upgrades for the City of Johannesburg Metropolitan Municipality for a period of three (03) years.
This tender is strictly for CIDB Grade 2 to 4 General Building (GB) contractors. Bidders must attend a compulsory briefing session and meet all mandatory pre-qualification requirements, including submission of a valid CIDB grading certificate for the relevant grade, public liability insurance, CSD registration, tax compliance, and submission of all required MBD forms.
