Scope of Work
Eskom Holdings SOC Ltd (Eskom) invites tenders for the Design and Installation of a Carbon Online Cegrit Sampler at Lethabo Power Station for a period of two (02) years.
Tenderers, whether a single company or a joint venture, must meet the eligibility criteria outlined in the Tender Data and must not be restricted from doing business with Eskom or other State-Owned Companies. A CIDB contractor grading of 2ME or higher is required for the main contractor, or the combined grading for a joint venture must meet this requirement. Tenderers must also not be on any international sanctions list, submit more than one tender (unless specified by the E-tendering system), have a JV agreement that fails to explicitly state joint and several liability, or have a conflict of interest.
