Beyondtrust Privileged Remote Access (PRA) License Renewal

The South African Civil Aviation Authority (SACAA) requires the renewal of its BeyondTrust Privileged Remote Access (PRA) licences for a period of three (3) years. This solution provides secure, controlled, and auditable privileged remote access to critical ICT infrastructure, enabling authorized administrators, support personnel, and approved third parties to access systems without exposing privileged credentials. The renewal ensures uninterrupted access to vendor support, software updates, security patches, and new product releases, maintaining compliance with SACAA's cybersecurity and governance requirements.
Bidders must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) and submit all required bid documents, including SBD forms, an OEM authorisation letter, trade references, and accreditation for Privileged Remote Access and Password Safe. Bidders must score a minimum of 80 out of 100 points in the technical/functionality evaluation phase to be considered for further evaluation.
