Scope of Work
The Steve Tshwete Local Municipality invites bids from three (3) additional service providers for repairs, alterations, additions, and maintenance on all municipal buildings and facilities (MP 313) as and when required, for a period of 36 months.
Eligible bidders must possess a CIDB grading of 2GB or higher, have a valid company registration certificate, and provide a valid Tax Compliance Status Pin. Furthermore, bidders are required to submit a current municipal account not in arrears for three months or a lease agreement accompanied by the landlord's municipal account. A full CSD report, Joint Venture Agreement (if applicable), valid COIDA Letter of Good Standing/Workmen's Compensation Registration Certificate, and all completed tender forms are compulsory.
