Appointment of a Panel of Maximum Three (3) Service Providers for the Monitoring, Servicing and Maintenance of Semi-Underground, 6cubic Skip and Roll on Roll Off Waste Bins for 36 Months

This tender calls for the appointment of a panel of up to three service providers to undertake the monitoring, servicing, and maintenance of semi-underground, 6 cubic skip, and roll-on roll-off waste bins. The contract will be active for a period of 36 months, with services rendered as and when required by the Steve Tshwete Local Municipality.
Bidders must attend a compulsory clarification meeting. Key returnable documents include a valid company registration certificate (CK), a tax compliance status PIN, a municipal account not in arrears (or lease agreement with landlord's municipal account), a full CSD report, Professional Indemnity Insurance, audited financial statements for the past three years, and a certificate for haulage/transportation of waste within the municipality. Joint Ventures must submit their agreement and be CSD registered. Bidders in the service of the state or not registered on CSD are ineligible for award.
