Scope of Work
The scope of work involves the construction of a new Matlosana Community Library and a Guard House. This also includes external works such as demolitions of existing ablutions, upgrading water supply and drainage, new paving, walkways, security fencing, carports, landscaping, flag poles, and electrical and mechanical installations.
