Scope of Work
The Kouga Municipality invites suitably qualified, capable, and experienced Contractors to submit tenders for the appointment of a contractor for resealing roads in Jeffreys Bay and Paradise Beach, and rehabilitation of portions of Da Gama Road and St Francis Street in Jeffreys Bay, in the Kouga Local Municipal Area- phase 4. Bidders must have a CIDB Grading of 7CE or higher, achieve a minimum functional assessment score of 70%, and submit audited financial statements for the past three years. Additionally, bidders must be registered on Kouga Municipality's Supplier database and submit a National Treasury CSD Summary Report and a valid Tax Compliance Status Pin.
