Design and Implementation of Fire Protection Systems for OBP Site

Onderstepoort Biological Products Ltd (OBP) invites suitably qualified and competent fire protection service providers to submit information regarding their technical capability, experience, and proposed technical solutions for the design, of fire protection systems for the OBP site. The scope includes site assessment and information gathering, fire protection system design (sprinkler, hydrant, hose reel, detection, alarm, pumps, tanks, passive measures), engineering calculations and drawings, and authority submission and approval.
Tenderers must submit their bid physically to OBP's reception, ensuring one original and three copies, and attend the compulsory briefing session on 12 October 2026 at 11:30 at 100 Old Soutpan Road, Onderstepoort, Pretoria, wearing PPE. Eligibility requires proof of CSD and tax compliance (SA companies), valid ECSA registration (Professional Engineer/Technologist), Public Liability Insurance, reference letters, a methodology, CVs of key personnel with qualifications, and a COID letter.
