Completion of SS Gida Hospital

The tender is for the completion of SS Gida Hospital under an 18-month contract, including electrical and mechanical infrastructure. Socio-economic deliverables, such as MSME subcontractor packages and EPWP formal training, are integral to the contract. All work must be executed within an operational hospital environment with minimum disruption to patients and staff, adhering to national and provincial legislation, JBCC Principal Building Agreement Edition 6.3, and consulting team specifications and drawings.
Only tenderers registered with the CIDB with a grading of 6GB PE / 7GB or Higher in General Building (GB) are eligible. Bidders must have suitable experience and qualified personnel and be registered on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD), providing proof of registration with their submission. Joint ventures are permitted provided all members are CIDB registered in GB class, the lead partner has a 6GB or Higher grading, and the combined grading meets 7GB or Higher.
