Scope of Work
The tender invites bids for the outsourcing of a service provider for the construction of a wall fence at Garona Military Village, Thaba Nchu, Free State. This includes the supply and construction of a 2.1m high concrete (Pri-con) fence and a 6m x 2.1m devil fork sliding gate with a 100x50mm frame and I-beam track for heavy-duty load and traffic, as per attached specifications.
Bidders must complete all Standard Bidding Documents (SBDs) in full and submit a fully completed Group Questionnaire. A sealed two-envelope system is required, with one for the technical proposal and one for the price proposal (SBD3). Bidders must also provide their B-BBEE status level certificates and a valid, current CSD registration report. Attendance at the compulsory briefing session is mandatory.
