Scope of Work
The Department of Co-operative Governance, Human Settlements & Traditional Affairs invites proposals from service providers for the procurement and delivery of personal protective equipment and clothing for its departmental employees. This includes procuring branded PPE as per specifications, ensuring all clothing is embroidered and printed, and that all PPE, masks, and sanitizers are SABS approved.
Bidders must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) and comply with all tax obligations. Each party in a consortium, joint venture, or sub-contract must submit separate tax certificates/PINs and CSD numbers. Bidders must also provide proof of authority to sign, such as a company resolution, and complete all prescribed bid documents (SBD1, SBD3.1, SBD4, SBD6.1, Annexure A) without retyping, copying, or using correction fluid.
