Scope of Work
Mkhondo Local Municipality invites proposals for the provision of a multi-utility online vending system. This system will include third-party vending, Token Identifier (TID), and revenue management functionalities, and must be fully integrated and compatible with the Municipality's existing financial systems and electronic infrastructure. The contract duration is for a period of thirty-six (36) months.
Bidders must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) before submission and must achieve a minimum functionality score of 70% to proceed to the next evaluation stage. No awards will be made to individuals in state service, those not registered on CSD, or persons with municipal rates in arrears for more than 90 days.
