Appointment of a Service Provider for the Supply and Delivery of Computer Hardware, Devices, Peripherals, and Computer Consumables

The Sekhukhune District Municipality invites bids for the appointment of a service provider to supply and deliver computer hardware, devices, peripherals, and computer consumables for a period of three (3) years. The scope includes procuring desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, servers, UPS, firewall hardware, backup hard drives, network access storage devices, and a wide range of consumables like laptop bags, chargers, mice, USBs, and cables, with installation services for specified items.

Bidders must submit bid documents in the physical bid box at the AB Sikhosana Fire Station offices, Groblersdal. Mandatory requirements include tax compliance (Tax Clearance Certificate/PIN or CSD number), submission of various MBD forms (MBD1, MBD4, MBD6.1, MBD7.2, MBD8, MBD9), Schedule 1A & 1B, company registration documents (CK1), certified IDs of directors, and proof of municipal rates not overdue for more than 90 days or a valid lease agreement with rates proof, along with a consent form for municipal services verification. For bids exceeding R10 million, audited annual financial statements for the past three years are required.
