Scope of Work
Rand Water seeks a suitably qualified SAP Support and Maintenance Partner(s) to provide technical and functional SAP support and maintenance services for SAP ECC 6.0 EHP7 and SAP S/4HANA. This 12-month contract, cancellable with one month's written notice, will operate on a Time and Material basis, covering support, maintenance, enhancement, configuration, development, integration, testing, training, documentation, and advisory services across the entire Rand Water SAP landscape.
Bidders must submit a letter confirming their status as a recognized and Authorised SAP implementation support partner for SAP ECC6 EHP7 and S/4HANA. All bids must be submitted on the official forms provided, with the pricing schedule fully completed, to be considered responsive. A minimum functionality threshold of 70% is required for further evaluation.
