Scope of Work
The National Credit Regulator (NCR) invites proposals from experienced and credible service providers for the appointment to provide comprehensive guarding and electronic security services to its premises located at 127-15th Road, Randjespark, Midrand. This 18-month contract encompasses the supply, installation, support, and maintenance of various security systems, including alarms, electric fences, CCTV, biometric access control, perimeter access, emergency and life-safety systems, and visitor-management equipment, alongside manned guarding and armed response services.
Bidders must be legally registered service providers with the Private Security Industry Regulatory Authority (PSIRA) and maintain a valid Certificate of Good Standing from the Compensation Commissioner (COIDA), not older than twelve months. Additionally, bidders must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) and provide valid proof of public liability insurance. A compulsory briefing session is scheduled for Friday, 06 November 2026, at 10:00 AM at the NCR Offices, 127-15th Road, Randjespark, Midrand, which must be attended.
