Scope of Work
The Road Accident Fund (RAF) is seeking market information from qualified Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), partners, and service providers for the redevelopment and support of its website and portal over a two-year period. This Request for Information (RFI) aims to gather insights on available solutions, architectures, deployment and hosting models, integration capabilities, licensing, and support, to inform future procurement strategies and internal readiness for modernising RAF's application landscape and software delivery practices.
Eligibility to respond to this RFI is strictly limited to Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) or their accredited partners/resellers. Bidders must be legally registered and listed on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD), ensuring their tax affairs are in order. Companies or directors listed on the National Treasury registers of Restricted Suppliers or Tender Defaulters will face automatic disqualification.
