Scope of Work
The Chief Albert Luthuli Municipality invites reputable and experienced service providers to undertake the upgrade and maintenance of its municipal website for a period of 36 months. Service providers must comply with the VAT Act. Tender documents are available for a non-refundable printing fee or free download. Only physical submissions will be accepted.
Bids will be evaluated based on functionality, with only acceptable tenders proceeding to the preferential point system (either 80/20 or 90/10). Persons within organs of the state, including councillors, elected representatives, full-time employees, and directors of public and municipal entities, are prohibited from being eligible to bid or be awarded a contract.
