Construction of Return Effluent Distribution Water Infrastructure to Coega Sez - Phase 3

The scope of work involves the construction of new bulk and distribution pipelines and ancillary works for return effluent water infrastructure to Zones 3, 5, 6, 7, and 9 of the Coega SEZ. This includes site establishment, health & safety, environmental compliance, plant search and rescue, pipe trench excavations, supply and laying of various steel, concrete, and HDPE pipelines, horizontal directional drilling, and installation of valves and chambers. The construction period is 12 months from the commencement date.
Bidders must be registered with the Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB) and have an active Contractor grading of 8CE or higher. Entities submitting as a Joint Venture must ensure their combined grading meets the required CIDB grading. Bidders must be VAT registered and provide proof of registration on the National Treasury's Central Supplier Database (CSD). All entities are required to provide a valid SANAS-accredited B-BBEE Verification Certificate or a sworn affidavit/CIPC certificate depending on their ownership and annual turnover. Bidders must meet a minimum of 70 points threshold for functionality.
