Planning, Design, Documentation, Evaluation, Supervision, Administration and Close-out for Dohne Quarantine Station Project

The Department of Agriculture (Eastern Cape) seeks a Professional Consultancy comprising a Project Manager, Architect, Civil, Structural, Agricultural, Electrical Engineers, Quantity Surveyor, Surveyor, Geotechnical Engineer, and an Environmental Assessment Practitioner. This team will provide comprehensive services for the planning, design, tender documentation and evaluation, construction supervision, contract administration, and close-out of the Dohne Quarantine Station Project in Amahlathi LM, Amathole District. The project includes diverse infrastructure such as perimeter security fencing, animal holding camps, veterinary facilities, water supply, waste management systems, and staff accommodation.
Eligible tenderers must possess suitable experience and qualified personnel relevant to the required services. Mandatory requirements include professional and active registration with ECSA, compliance with tax obligations, and not being listed on the Treasury's database of restricted suppliers. Additionally, all bidders must be registered on the National Treasury Centralized Suppliers Database (CSD) and hold a valid CIDB contractor grading certificate prior to the tender closing date.
