Scope of Work
This tender is for the repair of medium voltage underground cables, including trenching and medium voltage operation, at the Driefontein Wastewater Treatment Works. The scope covers both material supply and delivery, as well as labour and site work. Bidders must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) and submit quotations on company letterheads. Mandatory requirements include proof of valid registration as an electrical contractor (Installation Electrician) with 3-phase installation (IE), a minimum CIDB grading of 1 EP, and documented experience in 11kV cable fault location, repair, and testing. Attendance at the compulsory site briefing is required.
