Scope of Work

Transnet National Ports Authority (TNPA) invites proposals for the leasing of a cargo shed and goods platform situated at Quay 4 in the Port of Mossel Bay for a period of five (5) years. The leased premises, covering 3280m², are to be used for storage/workshop purposes and are offered on an 'as is' basis. The successful bidder will be responsible for all necessary refurbishment, repairs, upgrades, and capital improvements.
