Consulting Engineering Services for Routine Road Maintenance of National Routes R21, N12, N3, and N17 (ekurhuleni Freeway Rrm)

The South African National Roads Agency SOC Limited (SANRAL) invites tenders for the provision of Consulting Engineering Services for the Routine Road Maintenance of National Route R21 Sections 1 & 2, N12 Sections 18 & 19, N3 Sections 11 & 12 and N17 Section 2 (Ekurhuleni Freeway RRM). This project is located in the province of Gauteng, within the Ekurhuleni Metropolitan area and the Sedibeng District Municipality (Lesedi Local Municipality). The approximate programme involves design and construction documentation completion by November 2026, followed by 60 months of supervision, with the supervision phase commencement date to be confirmed at the Handover Meeting.
Only tenderers registered on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD) by the tender closing date are eligible to tender. Joint Ventures (JV) are permitted provided one JV partner is a Targeted Enterprise; however, the JV partner's contribution will not count towards the sub-contract target for Targeted Enterprises.
