Scope of Work
The Msukaligwa Local Municipality invites reputable and experienced service providers to submit tenders for the appointment of a panel of service providers for the provision of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration (HVAC-R) services. This includes supply, delivery, installation, commissioning, test-run, and maintenance services, as and when required, for a period of 36 months.
Service providers must comply with the VAT Act. Tender documents are available for a non-refundable printing fee of R1000.00. The contract will be allocated based on the Preferential Procurement Regulation 2022 and the Msukaligwa Local Municipality's Preferential Procurement Policy, using an 80/20 price preferential point system where 20 points are allocated for Msukaligwa Municipal specific goals.
