Scope of Work
The Gert Sibande District Municipality invites experienced service providers for the supply and delivery of road maintenance materials, including various types of asphalt, bitumen, cement, paving blocks, and paraffin, to be provided as and when required within the district for a period of 36 months.
Tenderers must hold a minimum CIDB Grading of 4 SB or Higher. Bidders must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) and ensure their municipal rates and taxes are not in arrears for more than three months. A compulsory clarification meeting will be held.
