This includes a comprehensive investigation and condition assessment of existing structures, addressing structural deficiencies, enhancing aesthetic appeal, and ensuring facilities meet modern standards for safety, sustainability, and visitor comfort. The project also involves constructing new entrance gates, guardhouses, and upgrading access roads at both Bourke's Luck Potholes and Wonder View, incorporating ablution facilities and associated infrastructure.Bidders must ensure compliance with all tax obligations and should submit their unique SARS Personal Identification Number (PIN) or, if registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) and a PIN is unavailable, their CSD number. The bid is subject to the Preferential Procurement Policy Framework Act, 2000, its regulations, and the General Conditions of Contract.
