Hire of Office Accommodation for Department of Community Safety and Liaison: Ilembe District, Stanger

The KwaZulu-Natal Department of Public Works and Infrastructure invites bids for the hire of suitable office accommodation for the Department of Community Safety and Liaison in the Ilembe District, Stanger. The required space is approximately 302.50m², comprising 242m² assignable space and 60.5m² non-assignable space. The premises must also include 04 undercover bays, 05 open bays, 02 lock-up bays, and 01 bay for persons with disabilities, for a lease period of 05 years.
Bidders must comply with administrative and mandatory requirements, including property ownership documentation, space planning layout plans signed by a registered professional architect, and registration on the Central Suppliers Database (CSD). Specific goals for preference points will be awarded for ownership by black people and promotion of enterprises located within the KwaDukuza Municipal area. Attendance at the compulsory briefing session is required.
