Supply and Install 20.5km Boundary Game Fence at Oviston Nature Reserve

The Eastern Cape Parks and Tourism Agency invites tenders for the supply and installation of a 20.5km boundary game fence at Oviston Nature Reserve, with a contract period of 12 months from site handover. This project involves the installation of a game fence where 14km of materials are to be supplied by the contractor, and 6.5km of materials by ECPTA, all adhering to SABS approved fencing material specifications.
To be eligible, bidders must be registered with the CIDB with a minimum grading of 4SQ or higher and must attend a compulsory site inspection and clarification meeting. Bidders are required to demonstrate company experience by providing evidence of at least three completed fence installation projects, each with a rand value of R1,000,000.00 or more, within the past five years, supported by appointment letters and completion certificates. Key personnel (Contracts Manager and Site Foreman) must meet specific qualification and experience requirements, and proof of plant, equipment, and material availability and SANS compliance is mandatory.
