Access Control Revamp and Extensions with Three Years Maintenance Support

Thulamela Municipality invites bids from service providers for the procurement of access control system revamp and extensions, including three years of maintenance support. The scope includes the provision, installation, and ongoing maintenance of the access control system.
Bidders must submit a Tax Compliance Status Letter or Pin, company registration documents (e.g., CK), and proof of CSD registration. Additionally, proof of municipal rates and taxes (not older than three months) for the company and its directors, or a valid lease agreement for leased premises/renting directors, or an official exemption letter from the local municipality if not billed, is required. Bidders must also provide a list of similar projects completed in the last five years, including client contact details, descriptions, and contract values, supported by signed appointment letters or purchase orders.
